"Michael Hayes displays a really wide and in-depth knowledge of quite a few massage techniques. He will first evaluate you, how you hold your body, how you move, how you stand and walk. Then he finds the areas that are tense, knotted, stiff or out of kilter and really works on them. You can feel how strong his hands are!! He is very attentive to my individual issues: not working a sore area too hard, giving a tense area more pressure etc. I have seen Michael for help with back and neck problems, foot and leg problems and all kinds of stress related aches. He not only gets the kinks out of my body, but his warm, friendly and caring manner works a few kinks out of my tired spirit!! I have also gotten yoga instruction from him, which has really helped with keeping me relaxed and ache free. I recommend him to all my friends, even some co-workers."
